A shared inbox for your help desk
InvGate Service Desk can function entirely over e-mail: if you don't want your users to log in to the self service portal, our tools can go the distance over e-mail.
Replies to older e-mails are posted as updates to the corresponding tickets, and viceversa: ticket updates will be delivered via e-mail to the users that interact through this channel. As an agent, you won't be able to tell the difference.
